About the role:
- Part Time - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
- 8am - 4:30pm
- Sunday working rota - Working 1 Sunday every 6 weeks
What you’ll be doing:
As a Customer Experience Administrator, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experience while supporting business growth and sales performance. You will provide high-quality customer service, proactive sales administration and effective account management, ensuring every customer interaction reflects Bazaar Group's values and commitment to excellence.
This role requires a commercially aware, customer-focused individual who can resolve issues efficiently and identify opportunities to maximise customer satisfaction and sales.
Key responsibilities:
- Delivering outstanding customer support through in-bound calls and emails in a professional, yet approachable manner
- Providing proactive and commercial account administration
- Demonstrating excellent customer service skills with the ability to understand the needs of the customer
- Managing customer complaints
- Working closely with the Customer Experience team to understand the customer and drive sales through exceptional customer care
- Communicating effectively and liaising with other departments to solve problems or answer customer queries
- Maximising value from each customer interaction by taking opportunities to increase sales through up selling and following up on leads given/quotations raised
- Administering of returns and process accurate refunds
- Manage customer feedback and third-party sales channel metrics to help drive sales
- Support other team members where English is a second language
- Providing cover for colleagues within the wider Sales & Operations Team during absence or busy times

What we are looking for:
Relevant Experience:
- Proven experience within the B2B or B2C sector
- Experience within a professional sales environment
- Evidence of effective communication skills gained within a customer service or commercial office environment
- Evidence of strong commercial awareness
- Strong MS Office and Excel skills
- Proficiency with in-house ERP systems
