- Full training is provided to become a Production Operator - no experience is necessary

Hours
- Full-time
- Day shift: 12 hours - 7am-7pm
- Night shift: 12 hours - 7pm-7am
- Shift patterns are either Monday - Thursday or Tuesday to Friday - this will be decided when production starts
- Start date is 15.06.26
The role of Mince Pies Production Operative:
- Producing high-quality Mince Pies as a part of the team on a production line
- Supporting the shift leaders to achieve targets
- Keeping your work area hygienic
- Potentially standing on your feet for up to 12 hours depending on which shift you do
The ideal Mince Pies Production Operative:
- Reliable with the ability to show initiative
- Flexible and adaptable to work across departments
- Great communication skills
- Must be able to work FULL-TIME
- Must live in the local area (Cwmbran/Pontypool)
- Must have experience in food production
We currently have a great opportunity for hardworking experienced individuals to join this vibrant and exciting food Production Operative facility in Pontypool, NP4 0JJ.
The environment is very hot to work in, the work is manual and require some heavy lifting.
This is seasonal work in the production of Mince Pies, however this could also lead a permanent job in another area of the bakery.
