A Wealth Management Manager leads a team of financial advisors and relationship managers, helping high-net-worth individuals and business clients grow, preserve, and manage their wealth. The role involves developing investment strategies, overseeing portfolio performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with high-net-worth and affluent clients.
- Lead and supervise wealth management advisors and relationship managers.
- Provide strategic advice on investments, retirement planning, tax-efficient wealth strategies, and estate planning.
- Review and monitor client investment portfolios to ensure they align with financial objectives and risk tolerance.
- Identify new business opportunities and grow the wealth management client base.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal company policies.
- Monitor market trends and recommend appropriate investment solutions.
- Prepare financial reports, portfolio reviews, and performance presentations for clients.
- Collaborate with banking, insurance, and investment specialists to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
- Achieve departmental revenue, client satisfaction, and business growth targets.
