CafeBar 1807 is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Linlithgow.
We’re looking for someone with previous experience in a busy restaurant, café or hospitality environment who can confidently lead a team and help ensure our customers receive excellent service.
The Role
- Supervising and supporting the front-of-house team
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day restaurant operations
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Supporting staff with training and development
- Managing service during busy periods
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and food safety
- Assisting with opening and closing procedures
About You
- Previous restaurant or hospitality supervisory experience is essential
- Confident and capable of leading a team
- Friendly, professional and customer-focused
- Able to work well under pressure
- Reliable, organised and proactive
- Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends
