Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites, ensuring a safe and organised working environment.
- Perform manual labour tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required.
- Wall Chasing
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts in completing projects on time.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good condition, reporting any issues or malfunctions promptly.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
Skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of construction or maintenance practices is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
- Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and supervisors.
