Are you an experienced care professional ready to take the next step in your career? This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team as a Field Care Supervisor, combining hands-on care with leadership, staff development and the day-to-day coordination of quality care services.
Covering Ormskirk, Tarleton and the surrounding areas, you’ll play an important role in ensuring clients receive exceptional care in the comfort of their own homes, while supporting and developing the care team around you.
Your responsibilities as a Field Care Supervisor will include:
- Carrying out staff competency checks and care visits to ensure high standards are consistently maintained
- Conducting staff supervisions and supporting the ongoing development of the care team
- Providing care and support to clients in the community, including medication administration
- Maintaining accurate and timely records using an electronic care records system
- Supporting rota management to ensure care visits are appropriately covered
- Participating in an on-call rota
What we’re looking for: We’re looking for someone with strong experience in a care environment, ideally with previous Senior Carer or Supervisory experience. You’ll be confident supporting colleagues, working as part of a team and maintaining exceptional standards of care.
A positive, reliable and flexible approach is essential, as the role will involve some evening and weekend work to support the smooth running of the service and participate in the on-call rota.
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work are essential due to the community-based nature of the role.
