My client is seeking a skilled Grit Blaster to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality finishes.
Duties
- Prepare equipment ready for painting
- Open blast plant and machinery
- Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standard and in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge to understand equipment and processes involved in painting tasks
- Basic maths skills for accurate measurement and mixing of materials
- Be familiar with powder coating
- Previous experience in a similar environment is beneficial
- A keen eye for detail with a commitment to delivering quality workmanship
