Role Overview
We're looking for a creative, social media-savvy Marketing & Social Media Executive to join our Marketing team.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who loves creating content, keeping up with social media trends, and wants real experience working across multiple brands and campaigns. You'll work closely with our Marketing team to bring ideas to life across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, while gaining experience in influencer marketing, campaign planning and content creation.
If you're confident in front of the camera, enjoy filming and editing videos, and are always the first to spot the latest TikTok trend, we'd love to hear from you.
Duties.
- Supporting the day-to-day management of our Instagram, Facebook and TikTok channels.
- Creating engaging photo and video content for organic and paid social campaigns.
- Filming and editing trend-led, lifestyle and sales-focused content.
- Assisting with planning, creating and scheduling social media content.
- Supporting influencer partnerships, creator collaborations and content trips.
- Helping deliver key marketing campaigns throughout the year, including major promotional campaigns such as Holidays from £9.50.
- Working alongside the Marketing Executive to develop creative content ideas.
- Monitoring social media trends and identifying opportunities to create relevant content.
- Supporting the wider Marketing team with campaign activity and brand initiatives.
Experience.
- Has a genuine passion for social media and content creation.
- Is comfortable appearing in videos and being part of social content.
- Has experience using Canva, CapCut and Meta Business Suite.
- Understands current TikTok and Instagram trends.
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Can manage multiple projects and work to deadlines.
- Is creative, proactive and eager to learn.
- Organised, proficient and a good communicator
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
