Sales Assistant – Hair & Beauty Wholesalers (Part-Time, 31 Hours).
We are looking for a reliable, friendly and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at our busy hair and beauty wholesalers.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, takes pride in keeping a shop well organised, and is confident taking responsibility for opening and closing the store.
Working Hours
Friday: 9.00am - 5.30pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
Sunday: 11:00am – 2:00pm
Monday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
Tuesday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers with their purchases.
- Operate the till and process transactions accurately.
- Replenish stock and maintain attractive product displays.
- Keep the shop clean, tidy and well organised.
- Open and close the store as a key holder, following company procedures.
- Monitor stock levels and report any shortages.
- Help create a welcoming and professional shopping environment.
About You
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred
Experience as a key holder is an advantage but not essential, as training can be provided.
Friendly, approachable and confident when dealing with customers.
Reliable, trustworthy and punctual.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Organised with good attention to detail.
