KIDS LOVE 2 PARTY – PARTY ENTERTAINER / EXPERIENCED PARTY ASSISTANT
£25.00 PER HOUR + PAID SET UP TIME

Kids Love 2 Party are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and reliable Party Entertainer to join our growing team across Manchester, Cheshire and surrounding areas.
This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in childcare, education, performing arts, dance, drama, holiday clubs, youth work or children's entertainment.
We are looking for someone who is confident engaging groups of children, leading activities and helping create unforgettable experiences for families.
No two events are ever the same. One weekend you may be entertaining at a birthday party, the next you could be supporting at a festival, nursery event, school workshop, holiday club or corporate family event.
OUR APPROACH
At Kids Love 2 Party, we do not impersonate or imitate copyrighted characters.
Instead, our entertainers use creativity, storytelling, drama, movement and imagination to bring events to life. We encourage our team to develop their own performance style, build confidence and engage children through interactive experiences.
This role is ideal for performers, actors, dancers, teachers and creative individuals who enjoy bringing energy and excitement to every event.
THE ROLE
As a Party Entertainer, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional events and supporting Lead Entertainers.
You will be expected to confidently lead games, activities, dancing and interactive entertainment whilst helping to create magical memories for children and families.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Leading party games and activities
- Leading simple dance routines and interactive entertainment
- Encouraging participation and building children's confidence
- Supporting younger children throughout events
- Creating a fun, energetic and inclusive atmosphere
- Assisting with event set up and pack down
- Supporting Lead Entertainers during events
- Delivering excellent customer service to families and guests
- Maintaining high standards of professionalism and presentation
- Helping support and guide newer team members where appropriate

- Previous experience working with children
- Confidence leading games, activities and group entertainment

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Access to your own vehicle
- Weekend availability on Saturdays and/or Sundays
- Ability to travel throughout Manchester and Cheshire
WORKING ARRANGEMENTS
This is a casual worker position with flexible hours.
There are no guaranteed hours, allowing you to work around your studies, existing employment or personal commitments.
Shifts are offered based on event bookings and your availability. You are free to accept or decline work offered to you.
All staff are paid through PAYE payroll and receive payslips.

This role is designed for individuals who are confident working with children and ready to take on additional responsibility.
For the right candidate, there are opportunities to progress into Senior Party Assistant, Lead Entertainer Training and Lead Entertainer positions within the company.
