Job description
The ideal candidate will have experience working in the coffee industry, and will be comfortable with:
- Calibrating grinders and maintaining consistent espresso quality
- Free-pouring latte art with precision
- Maintaining and caring for coffee equipment
You’ll be well-presented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and bring a genuine passion for connecting with people and creating memorable customer experiences. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are essential, as you’ll be working closely with a supportive, tight-knit crew.
Shifts will start early (7:00 or 7:30 am). You will need to be able to commute to Brixton in good time.
Must be flexible to work Saturday or Sunday (or both).
