Temporary position - maternity leave cover

The role is FULL TIME, MONDAY - FRIDAY: 8am to 5pm

Duties:

· Provide clients and customers with professional and friendly service.

· Consistently providing professional level, and well-presented beverages.

· Preparing a variety of hot, iced and blended drinks, using espresso machine, commercial blender and other kitchen equipment

· Taking clients orders, receiving, and processing payments accurately

· Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food, paper goods, and other products to ensure a smooth service period

· Maintaining a clean and sanitised bar and prep kitchen

· Regularly performing stock checks, restocking bar fridges and processing deliveries.

· Being comfortable in conversing with Members, Guests and potential leads regarding the space, various programmes, and amenities offered.

· Assist in managing the schedule and catering for meeting rooms.

· Must multitask and manage stressful service flow, especially during peak periods.

· Possesses solid working knowledge of phones, guest management software, and other communication systems used internally.

· Being aware of and following operational policies and procedures

· Completing food safety checks, daily and weekly

Requirements:

· Excellent verbal and written communication

· Experience in a customer facing role

· Strong organisational skills and decision making

· Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to research and an aptitude for helping other people

· Ideally coming from hospitality with a member centric or hotel background.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: £26,436.80 per year
