About the role
We are seeking a talented and ambitious media content creator with a background in Marketing, Film, Photography, Advertising, or related disciplines to join our team. The core responsibility of this role is to produce high-quality photos and videos that showcase our services and properties. Your visual content will be crucial in supporting our educational consulting and accommodation offerings.
This is a full-time position, with occasional overtime and weekend work as needed.
As our in-house media content creator, you will play a pivotal role in creating photography and video content, as well as executing marketing campaigns across print, social media, email, and our website. You will collaborate with our dynamic and supportive team while ensuring the smooth execution of daily administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning, Setup, and Initial Growth Development of Corporate Social Media Accounts Capture and deliver high-quality photos and videos of properties, surrounding areas, and key elements of British culture. Ensure all visual content is appealing, consistent, and exceeds company standards.
- Content Strategy & Development – Develop and implement innovative strategies for images and videos to elevate the company’s online presence across digital platforms.
- Creative Production – Utilize your expertise in Film, Photography, Advertising, or related fields to enhance the quality and creativity of all content produced.
- Social Media Content Creation – Conceptualize and produce engaging content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Rednote, focusing on driving audience engagement.
- Social Media Management – Plan, schedule, and manage social media posts to boost brand visibility and interaction. Market Research & Trend Analysis – Stay current with social media trends, visual storytelling techniques, and copywriting strategies to optimize content.
- Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
- Public Relations & External Communications – Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to strengthen the company’s brand reputation.
- Content Provision – Produce diverse content types (text, images, multimedia) to support marketing and branding goals. Media Production – Plan, shoot, and edit promotional videos and photos to enhance brand awareness across all digital channels. Administrative Support – Assist with general administrative duties to support smooth team operations.
About You
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (required).
- Adobe Creative Suite (PS, AI, ID) (required). Cameras/Photography skills (required). Photo and video editing software experience (required).
- Social media experience and management skills (required).
- Creative thinker with a strong eye for design and storytelling. Skilled in copywriting with the ability to leverage social media trends.
- Experienced photographer and videographer capable of handling diverse shoots (prior experience in a similar role preferred).
- Hands-on experience in social media management, including content creation and audience engagement across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
