Priory Hospital Suttons Manor has an opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team.
Priory Hospital Suttons Manor, Stapleford Tawney, offers a wide range of support to people with complex mental health needs. Due to the rural location of the service, access to a vehicle or the ability to drive is recommended.
You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the service. Whether you're assisting with day-to-day operations, supporting with care requirements, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.
You will provide the highest standard of person-centred support and care to the people who use our service, maintaining their dignity and respect, enabling them to lead as independent lives as possible and realise their potential. You will also ensure that your actions and behaviour comply with corporate policies, local procedures, statutory regulations and quality standards.

Essential for the role
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or a related subject, or an equivalent/higher recognised qualification.
- GCSE or NVQ Level 2 in English and Maths.
- If the NVQ Level 2 qualification is not already held, the successful candidate will be required to commence the qualification within six months of joining and complete it within the specified timeframe.
