Tonkin Recovery are recruiting for a control room operator/dispatcher to join our busy control room based in Bugle, St Austell..
As an operator/dispatcher with Tonkin Group, you will be responsible for planning and ensuring that our roadside patrols, recovery vehicles and transporters reach our customers efficiently and in-line with customer expectations.
The role includes managing the end-end lifecycle of jobs, from the initial notification of a job, dispatching the correct resource through to authorisation of charges and reporting.
Working hours are on a 4 days on 4 days off basis working a 0900-2100 with flexibility to work 0700-1900. There will also a requirement to work together with fellow Control room operators to contribute towards covering annual leave within the department.
The successful candidate will be reliable and a logical, critical thinker who works well under pressure and is committed to providing great customer service
