About the Role

We develop and support digital entertainment products while coordinating technical creative and operational teams to deliver reliable and engaging user experiences.
We are looking for a Project Coordinator who can keep projects organised moving and clearly communicated from start to finish. You will work closely with project managers developers designers quality assurance teams and internal stakeholders to track timelines prepare updates and ensure that project requirements are completed as planned.
This is a hands on coordination role for someone who enjoys structure problem solving and working across several projects at the same time.

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
Support the planning and delivery of digital product and internal business projects. Maintain project schedules task lists documentation and progress trackers.
Meeting Support
Arrange project meetings prepare agendas record key decisions and distribute clear meeting notes and follow up actions.
Progress Monitoring
Track deadlines deliverables risks and dependencies. Raise potential delays or issues with the relevant project manager before they affect delivery.
Team Communication
Coordinate with developers designers quality assurance specialists and operational teams to confirm priorities responsibilities and completion dates.
Stakeholder Updates
Prepare clear project updates for internal stakeholders and respond to routine project queries accurately and professionally.
Project Documentation
Maintain organised project records including briefs schedules reports change requests testing updates meeting notes and supporting documents.
Reporting
Prepare weekly progress reports status updates and basic project performance summaries for managers and project stakeholders.
Quality Support
Check that project documentation and deliverables are complete accurate and aligned with agreed requirements before submission or release.
What We Are Looking For
Experience
At least 2 years of experience in project coordination digital operations administration product support or a similar business environment.
Project Skills
You are comfortable managing schedules action trackers meeting notes deadlines and project documentation.
Communication
You can communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues managers suppliers and other stakeholders through email phone and video meetings.
Organisation
You can manage several priorities at once while maintaining strong attention to detail. You understand how to organise information and follow up consistently.
Technical Skills
You are confident using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Experience with project management tools such as Monday com Asana Trello ClickUp or Jira is desirable.
Digital Product Awareness
Experience working with software mobile applications online entertainment products or digital development teams would be beneficial.
Problem Solving
You can identify potential issues ask the right questions and help find practical solutions before problems become delays.
Mindset
You are dependable proactive and comfortable taking responsibility for your work. You enjoy helping teams stay organised and projects stay on track.
Salary
Pay: £2,329.00-£3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
