About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Aluminium Window Fabricator to join our growing manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating high-quality aluminium windows, doors, and glazing products to exact specifications while maintaining excellent standards of quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate aluminium windows, doors, and associated products from technical drawings and production paperwork.
- Operate fabrication machinery, cutting saws, CNC machines, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Assemble frames, sashes, and hardware components to company quality standards.
- Carry out quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.
- Ensure all products are completed accurately and within production deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
- Report any production issues, defects, or machinery concerns to supervisors.
- Assist with stock management and material handling when required.
RequirementsEssential
- Previous experience fabricating aluminium windows and doors.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing specifications.
- Good understanding of fabrication processes and quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
Desirable
- Experience with systems such as Smarts, Cortizo, AluK, Schüco, Reynaers, or Senior Architectural Systems. (preferably smarts)
- CNC machine operation experience.
- Forklift licence.
- Knowledge of glazing and curtain wall fabrication.
