Role
- Engaging with clients to gain an understanding of their company and role requirements.
- Advertising new roles and implementing new candidate attraction strategies.
- Connecting with candidates and interviewing to understand their needs.
- Providing professional advice on the job market and managing expectations.
- Bringing on new business and establishing professional relationships in the industry.
Requirements
- 6+ months sales experience essential (Car sales, Estate agency, Door 2door, Telesales, B2B, B2C)
- Social & outgoing personality
- Money motivated, driven & hard working
