Overview
To support the successful delivery of telecoms projects by coordinating activities, resources, and information across multiple workstreams. The role involves maintaining project timelines, ensuring clear communication between office and field teams, and keeping accurate records of progress, risks, and deliverables. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with client requirements.
Role Responsibility:
Coordinate daily project operations across telecoms delivery programmes, including schedulingworks, tracking milestones, and updating internal systems.
Act as a central point of contact between field engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and timely issue resolution.
Maintain and update project documentation such as work orders, completion packs, and progress reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and client standards.
Assist in planning project activities, including resource allocation, site readiness, and material requirements. Support the Project Manager with reporting, cost tracking, and performance monitoring.
Monitor project timelines and proactively highlight delays, risks, or dependencies that may impact delivery. Work with the wider team to implement solutions and keep projects on track. Ensure all administrative processes relating to telecoms delivery are completed accurately and recorded in line with internal procedures and client expectations.
Key Accountability:

- Confident user of IT systems including Microsoft Office and project tracking or workflow

- Ability to work collaboratively within a delivery team and support operational objectives
