Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Groundworker/Dumper Driver
- CSCS Card – essential
- Kerbing, slabbing, concreting
- Excavation and reinstatement
- Strong awareness of site safety and safe working practices
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions
Responsibilities
- Operate dumper trucks safely and efficiently to transport materials around construction sites
- Assist with groundworks, including site clearance, excavation, and levelling tasks
- Maintain and carry out basic checks on mechanical equipment, including excavators and dumpers
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Support the team with additional site duties as required
- Ensure all machinery is kept clean and in good working order after use
Requirements
- Proven experience as a dumper driver or in a similar groundworking role
- Mechanical knowledge relevant to construction machinery and equipment
- Valid l driving licence preffered
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good organisational skills and attention to safety procedures
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions accurately

hourly rate dependent on experience and certification
