We need a Chef who's done the hard yards, knows how to hold a section together when it gets busy, and actually cares deeply about what goes on the plate.

What You'll Be Doing
- Cooking consistently great food across breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Running your section with confidence
- Keeping waste low and standards high
- Staying on top of food safety
- Working closely with the team to keep service smooth
- Bringing ideas, energy, and pride to the kitchen
What We're Looking For
- Solid chef experience in a busy kitchen
- Confidence across multiple cuisines
- Strong food safety knowledge
- A cool head when the tickets start flying
- Organised, reliable, and detail-driven
- Available for evenings, weekends, and peak-season shifts
- A team player who enjoys a laugh and a good service
