Job Summary
FSNE Medical is looking for an organised and adaptable Events Administrator & Support Operative to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of event medical services across a varied portfolio of events.
This is a pivotal role within the organisation, helping to ensure services are delivered safely, effectively, and in line with national guidance such as the Purple Guide and clinical governance standards. You will work closely with clinical and operational teams to support both the preparation and real-time delivery of medical provision at events.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and coordination of event medical plans aligned with best practice and risk levels
- Work with clinical and operational leads to ensure appropriate resourcing and clear command structures
- Maintain accurate and high-quality documentation to support audit, governance, and continuous improvement
- Coordinate event staffing, ensuring personnel are well-briefed and appropriately allocated
- Act as a key point of communication for deployed teams, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities
- Manage multiple events simultaneously, maintaining oversight and operational continuity
- Provide operational support during live events, including escalation of clinical or logistical concerns
- Assist in post-event reporting, including data collection, analysis, and production of reports for stakeholders
- Support learning from incidents and feedback to improve future service delivery
Qualifications
- strong IT and administrative skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and extended hours during peak event periods
- Willingness to support both office-based and operational activities
- Ability to work well within a team as well as independently when required
Experience within event medical services, healthcare, or emergency services is desirable but not essential, as full training and support will be provided.
