We are seeking a dedicated and reliable General Operative to join our team. Responsibilities
- Carry out general duties as assigned, including but not limited to assembly, packaging, and quality control.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area to ensure a safe working environment.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and products as required.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
- Ability to read drawings
Experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing and Engineering is essential
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic understanding of health and safety practices in an industrial setting is preferred.
