Key responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Supervise and coordinate staff across departments, ensuring smooth workflow and high performance.
- Assist in hiring, training, and managing employees to maintain service excellence.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining vendor relationships.
- Assist in implementing marketing and promotional strategies to drive business growth.
- Support the execution of company policies and procedures to maintain operational efficiency.
- Step in for the General Manager when needed, ensuring seamless leadership and decision-making.
Previous experience working in fast-paced restaurants highly desirable.
