Digital Growth Manager (SEO, PPC, Meta & AI Search)

Salary: Starting from £40,000 per annum pro rata (depending on experience) + Career Progression Opportunities for the Right Candidate
Contract: Full-Time Fixed-Term Contract (6 Months)
About the Role: We are looking for a Digital Growth Manager to lead SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, AI Search Optimisation and content strategy across four service-based websites. This is a hands-on role focused on generating leads, improving visibility and driving measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display and Local Services.
- Create and manage Facebook and Instagram lead generation campaigns.
- Monitor budgets, lead quality, conversion rates and ROI.
- Test ad creatives, audiences, landing pages and bidding strategies to improve performance.
SEO & AI Search Optimisation
- Develop and execute SEO strategies across multiple websites.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and technical SEO audits.
- Improve rankings, organic traffic and lead generation performance.
- Optimise content for Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and other AI-powered search platforms.
- Implement AI Optimisation (AIO) and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) best practices.
Content & Website Growth
- Create, manage and optimise content across four websites.
- Write SEO-focused service pages, location pages and landing pages.
- Develop local content strategies targeting key towns, cities and service areas.
- Produce persuasive copy designed to increase enquiries and conversions.
- Ensure content supports both traditional search and AI search visibility.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance using GA4, Search Console, Google Ads and Meta Business Manager.
- Monitor lead generation, conversion rates and return on investment.
- Produce regular reports and recommendations to support business growth.
About You
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Proven SEO experience with measurable results.
- Experience managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO and local SEO.
- Excellent content writing and copywriting skills.
- Experience using GA4, Search Console, Google Tag Manager and Meta Business Manager.
- Ability to manage multiple websites and marketing channels simultaneously.
- Commercially minded with a strong focus on lead generation and business growth.
- Experience with WordPress and Elementor.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
- Familiarity with call tracking platforms and CRM systems.
- Understanding of AI search technologies and emerging search trends.
