Do you enjoy dealing with people, always smiling and also keeping a cool head when the queue in front of our bakery looks endless? Do you love making, serving and smelling coffee and steaming perfect milk?
Then think of joining our team, where the commitment of each individual counts. You will be able to help shape our service culture every day: Advise your customers on our handmade breads and explain what it means that the ingredients are entirely organically sourced.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate a state of the art coffee machine and grinders
- Operating our EPOS and ERP system
- Ensuring beauty in our daily product presentation
- Ensure the highest health and safety standards
- Ensure your bakery and coffee product knowledge is always up to date to be able to answer any questions your customers may have.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
- Some experience in coffee/ sales and service
- Extensive experience working with coffee equipment
- Passion and love for the coffee and bakery trade
- Strong customer and service orientation
- A careful and independent way of working
- Awareness of order and cleanliness
- Team oriented personality
- A can do attitude and willingness to learn other aspects of the business
