Multi-Skilled Operative - Social Housing Voids
Location: Warrington and surrounding areas
Pay: £16.50 per hour

Chevron Housing is looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Operative to join our team, working primarily on void properties for social housing customers.
The role involves completing a range of repair and refurbishment work to bring empty properties back to the required standard and ready for occupation.
Duties will include:
- Painting and decorating
- Plastering and patch repairs
- Wall and floor tiling
- Flooring installation
- Joinery work
- Installing internal doors, skirting boards and worktops
- Fitting and repairing kitchen cupboards
- Completing general repairs and property improvements
Applicants must have solid experience across several trades and be comfortable working independently in void properties. Previous social housing experience and an understanding of Schedule of Rates is essential.
You will need a full UK driving licence, good attention to detail and the ability to complete work efficiently to the required standard.
This is a full-time PAYE position paying £16.50 per hour. A company van and fuel will be provided.
