Job Summary
Yalcinsoy Group Business & Commercial Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to lead commercial strategy, contract management, business performance, and growth initiatives.
The successful candidate will work with senior leadership, clients, suppliers, and internal teams to strengthen profitability, identify new opportunities, manage commercial relationships, and support sustainable business growth.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement commercial strategies and growth plans
- Manage contracts, negotiations, renewals, and commercial agreements
- Monitor revenue, margins, costs, budgets, and overall commercial performance
- Identify new business, partnership, and revenue opportunities
- Lead commercial negotiations with clients, suppliers, and partners
- Support pricing strategies, proposals, tenders, and business cases
- Analyse market trends, competitors, risks, and commercial opportunities
- Work closely with finance, sales, operations, and business development teams
- Manage commercial risks and support contractual compliance
- Prepare forecasts, reports, and recommendations for senior leadership
Requirements
- Experience in commercial management, business development, contracts, operations, or a related area
- Experience managing clients, suppliers, contracts, or commercial projects
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of pricing, budgeting, profitability, and business performance
- Strong communication, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships
- Experience with proposals, tenders, or contract management is advantageous
- Relevant qualification or equivalent professional experience is preferred

Pay: £75,000.00-£95,000.00 per year
