As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead our *Shrewsbury* branch.

About the Role
As our Registered Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring that every person receives safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
You'll support and inspire your team, maintain compliance with CQC regulations, build strong relationships with service users, families and professionals, and continually look for ways to improve the service.
Most importantly, you'll create an environment where both staff and the people we support feel valued, respected and listened to.
What You'll Be Doing
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care.
- Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and relevant legislation.
- Promoting a positive, supportive and accountable culture.
- Recruiting, mentoring and developing staff.
- Completing supervisions, appraisals and competency assessments.
- Overseeing care planning, risk assessments and medication management.
- Monitoring quality through audits, spot checks and service reviews.
- Managing safeguarding concerns appropriately and professionally.
- Building positive relationships with service users, families, healthcare professionals and commissioners.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the office and ensuring the service runs smoothly.
- Identifying opportunities to improve the service and support the continued growth of the business.
About You - We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience managing a CQC-regulated domiciliary care service.
- Is passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred care.
- Leads with kindness, honesty and integrity.

- Builds positive relationships with staff, service users and professionals.
- Is organised, approachable and confident making decisions.
- Remains calm under pressure and enjoys finding solutions.

Essential Requirements
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step into the role.
- Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care as a minimum.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Adult Care (or willingness to work towards if required).
- Good understanding of CQC Fundamental Standards and current legislation.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Right to work in the UK.
