Right To Work: Full Time Candidates (Please Note: We do not hire candidates with 20 hour work restrictions)
Pay Rates:
Weekday: £14.70
Weeknights: £15.00
Saturday: £15.00
Sunday: £16.00
Bank Holiday: £16.00
Referrals: we love referrals! You can earn £150 for an HCA who covers 10 shifts or £200 for more RMN who cover 10 shifts!

Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized care and emotional support to individuals experiencing mental health difficulties, fostering a safe and supportive environment.
- Assist with daily activities, including medication administration, ensuring adherence to prescribed treatment plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each person's needs.
- Support individuals with life skills development, including social interaction, communication, and self-care routines.
- Monitor behavioral changes and document progress accurately, reporting any concerns or incidents promptly.
- Engage in therapeutic activities and interventions based on applied behavior analysis techniques to promote positive behavior change.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and team members to ensure coordinated care delivery.
Skills
- Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and their application in supporting behavioral development.
- Background in special education or related fields that enhance understanding of developmental needs.
- Proven ability to administer medication safely and accurately as part of patient care routines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
- Patience, empathy, and active listening skills essential for supporting vulnerable populations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in dynamic environments.
