Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager with ideally an Architectural Designing background ( not necessary) located in Wimbledon. Day-to-day tasks include managing project timelines, overseeing construction progress, coordinating logistics, conducting inspections, and ensuring high-quality standards. The role also involves expediting processes to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Dealing with customers, conducting valuations and the associated administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Experienced in Expediting and Expeditor roles
- Proficient in Project Management and Logistics Management
- Skilled in conducting Inspections
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Wimbledon and around South West London
- Experience in the design and construction industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in Residential Construction is essential ( Please do not apply if you do not have experience in this field)
- Understanding UK building regulations
- Customer facing experience/ ideally had some sales background as elements of the role may be selling extra services
