We are seeking 1 x Assistant Store Manager to join a relaxed and friendly team in our Gunwharf Quays Store. Being part of a premium technical apparel brand, competitive salary, product training will be provided and generous staff discount and uniform allowance.
To support the Store Manager in leading a high-performing, customer-centric retail team, delivering strong commercial results while living the Musto brand values and standards.

Act as a visible brand ambassador, inspiring customers and colleagues by delivering premium service experiences and bringing the Musto brand to life on the sales floor.

- Take ownership for driving team engagement, sales performance and continuous improvement across all store operations.
- Experience in retail clothing store-based role (Essential)
- Experience in Management (Essential)
- Have a good understanding of what constitutes great customer service
- Be aware of common retail Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Be driven to seek continuous improvement and be the best in the business
- Take pride in everything they do and be keen to work to consistently high standards
- Be familiar with word processing and spreadsheet software (e.g.
- Microsoft Word and Excel and cloud based POS systems)
- An interest in sports and/or outdoor pursuits would be beneficial but not necessary
