Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to support their dignity and well-being
- Implement and follow individualized care plans designed by healthcare professionals to meet each client’s specific needs
- Support clients in daily activities including meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping to promote independence
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and address any concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided using IT systems and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Drive company vehicles when required to support home care visits or transportation needs
- Contribute to a positive environment by demonstrating excellent communication skills, empathy, and professionalism at all times
Requirements
- Valid driving license with the ability to drive safely in various conditions (nice-to-have)
- Experience working in a care home or providing home care services is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English for effective interactions and documentation
- Basic IT skills to update electronic care records accurately and efficiently
- Strong communication skills to build trusting relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
- Willingness to learn about care plans and adhere strictly to health protocols
