Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and supply required parts for workshop repairs.
- Ensure that stock is well maintained, taking responsibility for ordering and selling accessories and vehicle parts.
- Process parts orders for service customers.
- Assist with other duties within the parts department during busy periods.
- Work efficiently under pressure, identify priorities, and schedule tasks appropriately.
- Maintain a friendly yet professional manner, demonstrating integrity, discretion, and objectivity.
- Meet deadlines without compromising work quality.
- Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally, even under pressure.
- Foster strong working relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Effectively schedule and allocate work to ensure timely completion.
- Adhere to all quality-related and audit practices.
