Daher is a global aerospace and logistics specialist, supporting major industry partners with high‑quality supply chain and warehousing solutions. We are looking for a proactive Stores Operative to join our Derby team and support a fast‑paced, safety‑critical operation.
About the Role
As a Stores Operative, you’ll play a key role in the smooth running of our warehouse and materials flow. You will handle goods‑in, dispatch, stock control, replenishment, picking, kitting, and general Stores support.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out goods‑in, picking, kitting, stock counting, and dispatch tasks
- Work closely with the Team Leader and a small, supportive team
- Follow warehouse and stock processes accurately
- Communicate clearly with colleagues across multiple departments
- Maintain a flexible approach to support daily operational needs
Requirements
- Valid 3‑tonne counterbalance forklift licence (minimum)
- Experience working in a fast‑moving Stores or Warehouse environment
- Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office); training provided for in‑house systems
- Ability to multitask and manage competing demands
- Willingness to undertake training for additional MHE
