Roadside Technician/recovery driver
The Role:-
As a Roadside Technician/recovery driver you will be working in a fast paced ever changing working environment attending vehicle breakdowns and accidents, assisting our customers in getting them back on the road. You will report into our Durham control centre
We are looking for someone who can work well both as a team and on their own. Someone who can accurately diagnose faults and where possible make repairs. As you will be representing Fred Henderson Ltd you will need to be able to demonstrate good communication skills.
Key Skills:-
- Experience within the recovery industry desirable but not essential
- HGV licence an advantage
- Excellent diagnostic skills
- Ability to be flexible with shifts/ROTA
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to assist customers who need assistance.
- Excellent geographical knowledge North-East
- The ability and motivation to work on your own initiative
- You need to be located geographicaly close to base for operational reasons.
- You will be required to pass a Durham contabularly vetting check.
