YMCA Heart of England are looking for a Coffee Shop Supervisor to join our team working 32.5 per week. You will be based in Erdington, Birmingham. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £26,266.50 per annum.

About the Coffee Shop Supervisor role
We’re looking for a confident, hands-on Coffee Shop Supervisor to lead the day-to-day running of Eden Coffee Shop, launching soon at the Chris Bryant Centre in Erdington. This is a great opportunity to be involved from the start and help shape how the space operates.
You’ll be responsible for supervising a small team, overseeing daily service, and making sure the coffee shop runs smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:
- Leading the team in preparing and serving high-quality food and drinks
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-presented environment
- Managing stock, placing orders, and handling deliveries
- Supporting the Centre Manager with budgeting and reporting tasks
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues when they arise
