We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible individuals (You must be over 18 to serve alcohol) to join our team of Bar Staff. Experience is preferred but training can be given. The successful candidates should have a friendly disposition and be comfortable interacting with customers. The Bar Staff will be responsible for mixing drinks and serving them to customers, often under pressure, so it is important that the right candidate has a lot of energy, a passion for serving others and responsibility for his or her own actions. Team work is essential as is reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Make drinks to customers' instructions and preferences.
- Ensure the safety and security of patrons and staff.
- Make sure all staff are performing their jobs effectively.
- Manage the sale of drinks including the collection of payment.
- Follow all security regulations.
- Open and close the bar according to the owner's wishes.
- Any other duties deemed necessary by management.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 30 per week
