About al volo
al volo is a fresh Italian quick-service restaurant in the heart of the City of London. Everything we make is cooked from scratch every morning, cooked like Nonna would, and built for the busiest lunch crowd in the city. We are growing fast and we want great people to grow with us.
The role
This is a focused, high-energy part-time role built entirely around the lunchtime rush. Monday to Thursday, 11:30am to 2:30pm. Fast, fun, and over before the afternoon even starts. The hours are designed to fit neatly around other commitments, and the rate reflects the intensity and pace we need from you during service.
Your responsibilities will include delivering fast, friendly and accurate service to our lunchtime customers, keeping your station clean, stocked and ready throughout service, supporting the kitchen and front of house team at peak volume, ensuring every customer leaves with the right order and a great experience, and maintaining al volo's food hygiene and presentation standards throughout your shift.
What we are looking for
Experience is welcome but not essential. Energy, reliability and a genuine love of italian food and people are what matter most.
You are someone who works well under pressure and keeps a cool head during a busy service, is warm, friendly and customer-focused, is punctual and takes the role seriously even as a part-time commitment, has a passion for great food, and is a team player who steps up when it counts.
