We are a new, family run cafe and brunch restaurant in Swanage looking for a Barista to prepare great coffee and provide warm, efficient customer service. You’ll make espresso-based drinks, smoothies and other soft drinks and keep the bar area clean and well organised.
Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso-based coffees, teas and cold drinks to our recipes.
- Take orders, handle payments and serve guests at the counter and tables.
- Keep the coffee station, equipment and seating area clean and stocked.
- Work closely with the front of house and kitchen teams during busy periods.
Requirements
- Previous barista or cafe experience.
- Confident using espresso machines and grinders.
- Friendly, reliable and able to work weekends and some bank holidays.
- Right to work in the UK.
