Summary
We are looking to build up a team of dedicated Casual Cleaners to join our team in Southampton & the surrounding areas. This role is vital in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene our clients expect. As part of our team, you will contribute to creating safe and clean environments for businesses across the area.
This role can be offered on a self employed basis, we will keep your details on our database all we ask is that you submit your availability to us each week and we will contact you if we have availability for the hours that you are available. Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties in commercial and industrial premises.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in washrooms and common areas.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and products safely.
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to management.
- Support team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.
- Prior experience in industrial settings is a plus.
