We are looking for a Guest Experience Supervisor who lives and breathes five-star service. You will lead from the floor, inspire your team, and make sure every guest leaves talking about us for all the right reasons. This role is pivotal in supporting the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring that both staff and guests have a positive experience.
You will bring:
- Demonstrate a strong focus on the quality of guest experience, maintain and develop positive relationships with clients/guests to ensure guest satisfaction.
- A genuine passion for exceptional hospitality
- Proven supervisory experience in a high-end venue, hotel, or events environment, ideally 2+ years
- Be able to demonstrate an ability to lead with confidence, motivate and inspire a team to deliver the warmth to make every guest feel like a VIP
- Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to take direction and work autonomously.
- A collaborative approach to the role, working comfortably as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to shared goals.
