About the Role
Chrysalis Dental Practice, Watford, is looking for an Associate Dentist to join our mixed NHS and private practice from October 2026. This is a genuine opportunity to build a long-term restorative and implant-focused list within a supportive, well-equipped practice — not a standard associate placement.
Pay & Financial Structure
- NHS UDA allocation included as part of our mixed practice model
- 50% split on all private work, including implants
- Implant components supplied at reduced commercial rates, with savings passed directly to you
- No deductions on grafting materials, membranes, or biologics

Minimum Requirements
- GDC registration (full, active)
- Active NHS performer number
- 2+ years' post-qualification experience
- Right to work in the UK
Pay: £47,894.62-£176,654.61 per year
