About the Role
Here at Sodalis Capital Ltd we are seeking a proactive, organised and enthusiastic Executive Team Support Assistant to join our growing team in London. Working closely with the Snr EA to the CEO, you will play a key role in providing administrative and operational support to the executive team and wider business.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with some office administration and coordination experience who is looking to develop a long-term career in executive support. We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, strong attention to detail and is willing to take on a variety of tasks, no matter how large or small.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Snr EA to the CEO, providing holiday cover where necessary and as required.
- Manage diaries, meeting arrangements and scheduling as required.
- Organise travel, accommodation and itineraries.
- Handle correspondence, telephone & email enquiries and general communications professionally.
- Provide ad hoc support to Senior Leaders and colleagues as required.
- Demonstrate a flexible approach and willingness to assist wherever needed.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Previous experience in an office administration, coordination or support role.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Professional, positive and approachable manner.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Desirable
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders or executives.
- Experience within financial or professional services.
- Knowledge of document management and business administration processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile
This role would suit someone with 2 years' experience in office administration, executive support, hospitality, customer service or a similar environment who is looking to build a career as an Executive Assistant, PA or Office Manager in the future.
This is a hands-on role, where no two days or requests are likely to be the same, it requires someone with the right attitude, professionalism and a willingness to adapt and learn, in return support and development will be provided to the right candidate.
