You’ll have a good track record of unsupervised work and a real interest in working in the high end residential or commercial maintenance sectors. If you have experience in fault-finding, inspection and testing, chandelier installation, heating controls or door entry systems, that’s a plus! If you don't, we'll train you.
You’ll be qualified to at least Level 3, and if you don’t already have your 2394/5 we’ll get you ready to pass. You’ll speak and write fluent English and hold a full driving licence. You’ll have computer access and be computer literate, able to work with packages including Excel.
You’ll live inside the M25, within easy travelling distance of our clients throughout North, West and Central London. If you live in or near Willesden Green, Finchley or Islington your application will be prioritised.
