Every Wellbeing is looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to support the final development of our online learning programmes.
The course content has already been written and structured. We are looking for someone with a strong eye for detail who can review the course from a learner's perspective and ensure it is ready for production.
Responsibilities
- Review existing course content for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and flow.
- Identify and correct any errors, omissions, or areas that could be improved.
- Recommend and design appropriate learning activities where these would strengthen the learner experience.
- Review assessments and knowledge checks to ensure they align with the learning objectives.
- Ensure each lesson follows instructional design best practice.
- Make recommendations to improve learner engagement and knowledge retention.
- Prepare courses so they are production-ready for publishing.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience designing e-learning programmes.
- Strong instructional design knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles.
- Experience creating engaging learning activities and assessments.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with authoring tools such as Mindsmith, Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, or similar (desirable).
- The ability to provide constructive recommendations, not just proofreading.
If you enjoy refining learning experiences and turning good courses into exceptional ones, we'd love to hear from you.
Please send your CV, a brief summary of your experience, and examples of previous e-learning projects.
Pay: £28.00-£30.00 per hour
