Head of Technical Services

Our Technical Services team includes some of the most experienced professionals in our industry. ARDEX is a system solution provider and develops, manufactures and supplies high performance speciality building materials.
We’re looking for an experienced Head of Technical Services to lead our Product Technical Services function across ARDEX and Building Adhesives.
This is a senior leadership role focused on driving technical strategy, developing a high-performing team, supporting customers and internal stakeholders, and ensuring technical excellence across the business.

Key Responsibilities
· Lead and develop the Technical Services team
· Drive technical strategy and continuous improvement
· Act as the senior technical expert for complex issues and specifications
· Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Customer Services
· Support product launches, compliance and customer confidence
Site presence required across Stoke and Haverhill, with flexibility to be based at either location.

Pay: £60,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
