“Be The Best You Can Be”
“When I read great literature, great drama or speeches … I feel that the human mind has not achieved anything greater than the ability to share feelings and thoughts through language.” - James Earl Jones
If you want to make a difference to the lives of young learners by inspiring them through performance, come and join our PE and Drama faculty of fellow specialists and enthusiasts.
You will be passionate about the subject, committed to motivating students to reach their full potential and offer enrichment beyond the classroom. Claydon High School provides an excellent support programme for newly appointed staff.
Claydon High School is a popular, oversubscribed and friendly comprehensive school on the outskirts of Ipswich; we are situated close to the A14 with easy transport links across Suffolk and into Essex. We are a small school with 776 students on roll which means that there is a close working relationship with all the staff and students in the school. As part of the Penrose Learning Trust, we also work closely with other schools within the MAT to achieve “excellence through collaboration”.
