Due to continued growth, Terra Firma Pipeline Ltd is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and oversee the delivery of utility and civil engineering projects across the South of England.
We are looking for a Project Manager with strong operational experience who can manage projects safely, efficiently and commercially from mobilisation through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple utility projects from start to completion.
- Manage Site Managers, Supervisors and operational teams.
- Plan labour, plant, materials and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to specification.
- Maintain a strong site presence and drive high standards of SHEQ.
- Manage client relationships and attend progress meetings.
- Monitor project costs, productivity and commercial performance.
- Identify and manage variations, delays and project risks.
- Provide regular progress updates to senior management.
What We're Looking For
- Previous Project Management experience within utilities, water, gas, electric, civils or infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of utility and site operations.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Commercially aware with the ability to manage programme and costs.
- SMSTS or equivalent preferred.
- Full UK driving licence.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised and accountable and who is equally comfortable managing teams on site and dealing directly with clients.
