Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
- Manage multiple drink orders while ensuring timely service during busy hours
- Verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance
- Restock bar supplies and monitor inventory levels regularly
- Collaborate with team members to create a lively, welcoming atmosphere that encourages guest satisfaction
Experience
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting preferred, demonstrating familiarity with serving protocols
- Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and excellent customer service skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing cash or tabs
- Understanding of food safety regulations to maintain a clean and compliant environment
- Effective time management abilities to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
- Experience with alcohol service regulations and responsible beverage service practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
